Essential oils, tinctures and salves. Herbs are easy to grow.

Oregano, rosemary, yarrow, chamomile, and thyme. (Kinda sounds like a song!) We plant, grow, harvest, wash and dry in the herb closet in our spare room.

Some herbs like Self-Heal and Comfort we buy dried and packaged from Amazon.

For all medicinal mixtures, 1/4 dried herbs and 3/4 cheap vodka. Jar in jelly jars, pack into the crockpot, and get ready to set your alarm clock multiple times. 60 hours in the crockpot making sure to keep covered with a thin layer of water. When your base is fully cooked/steeped, then the fun begins.

Yarrow. A natural antibacterial herb. Amazingly, ducks eat it when they need it.
